Service tech ruined my basement

I just had a service tech come to rewire my cable in my basement. The guy(or girl) left little pieces of old cable all over the floor, he didn't push the carpeting back in place, and best of all he decided to CUT the drainage tube from my dehumidifier to the sump in my basement to help get the coaxial through and now I have an inch of water in my basement seeping into the carpet. It's the worst, most unprofessional job I've ever experienced. Needless to say I will definitely be calling to voice a serious complaint!
