If delivery appointments have to be changed, please let the customer know you are coming on a different date and time. When you send a repairman to the house, let him bring some parts with him on the first visit. Make the folks taking the repair call communicate... More...

i have really had it, after the long wait, my washer still isn't working, i have another appointment for this saturday again, there's nother else to do, i will be done had a heart attack if i keep up the anxiety, i really don't have a choice i did tell one service person that i would just take back to the store she told me if i did my credit would go bad for not paying for it, there really need to be a fairness act to cover we the people.
