Service cost rip off - dishwasher

I have had GE products for years and years. NO MORE!!! I had a service man "fix" my dishwasher by being at my home for less than 15 minutes. (He sat in his truck for the first 4) opened the air gap (not even with a tool) took out some food, screwed the cap back on and charged over $225. It was not his fault, he was just doing what the company wanted. Greedy companies that overcharge and say in all their advertisements and even when you are on hold for hours, that you the customer are important and they care!!!.
AMERICAN CEO's be your own customer, get off your executive planes, get out of your fancy offices and be your own customer. You won't like it. So when GE has their downfall in this awful economy don't go wondering why. The customer means nothing to them it is all about $ and how much they can get from us.

Please be aware that if he spent some time and actually worked hard, I would have no problem paying this. But a twist and a retwist is not acceptable.

I will find other companies that make kitchen appliances
