Service and Food - Bacon Cheeseburger with fries.

This evening we ate at Applebee's in North Little Rock, AR. We were seated, we had to wait 15 minutes before the waitress (Ashley B) took our drink order and appetizer order. This was approximately 4:30 p.m. (not busy). We waited 15 minutes for our drinks then another 15 minutes for our appetizer. When we finally got our appetizer our drinks were gone. We waited another 12 min. for refills. We ate our appetizer, cheese dip. We ran out of chips. Ashley B. asked if we wanted more chips, waited another 15 min. by that time the cheese dip was cold. Well we finally got our meal (cheeseburgers and fries), approximately an hour after we arrived. Asked if we wanted mustard or mayonnaise. Waited until Ashley B. took the order next to us (10 min)then she went and got the order's drinks and on the way back dropped off our mustard. Burgers were horrible, french fries were cold. Both were tasteless.
The people next to us were seated only 15 minutes when they got their appetizer and right after that food. Ashley B. made sure their drinks were full and if they needed anything.

We used to love Applebee's but we will never go back due to this experience. The waitress was horrible and the food was horrible. We are very disappointed and offended.
