I and my company have shopped at Lowes , particularly the Lenox Avenue store (16910-12009-13136) for several years. My company has been involved in home renovations, hence we have used EVERY department in Lowes. Without fail, I have received excellent assistance (from pointing me in the right direction for a product, to answering my questions, to finding the product when I couldn't)....always with a SMILE.
Harry in the appliance department, a really nice lady cashier (with blonde hair...wish I could remember her name!), to very helpful people in the garden department, electrical and plumbing..each of your employees were always willing to help...and with a SMILE!

Thanks for making life more pleasant!
