i think its stupid for you to think that any company would call and remind you about something like this, that would be like sony or hp calling you to remind you to send in a company rebate. besides i shop at abc and we are lucky that they offer us anything back at all, no other companies do. not to be rude but you seem like a bit of a nitpicker and i hope your clouded views will not turn anybody away from one of the last big michigan based companies left out there.
