Sears washing machine repairs - kenmore 500 series washer

I have a kenmoore 500 series washing machine I purchased in 2007, It stopped spinning and I called for service on about the 23rd of June, since then I have had 4 visits at least 5 parts replaced and it is still not working the repairs department keeps just putting me off and not returning my calls they continue to just have no regard for the service or lack of service they are providing. This experience is the worse ever.
