Sears service technicians are repeat noshows - Washer

The first time this happened, they were able to reschedule the technician for the following day. He didn't show. After a very angry call they had him come out that afternoon.
I should have learned the first time but booked a repair online for my washer. The technician was a no show. When I called sears they said they didn't have a technician available and I've have to reschedule an appointment, getting back in the queue. I called a another company, they're coming today to fix the washer.
