Sears bad service by installer - Shed

Very dissapointed with them. I bought a Shed and they delivered it on time. But I had bought installtion with it. The installation did not happen. They did not call me to say that they won't be able to do the work on the specified date. Now they are telling me next week. The only problem is that it will be raining next week. The people they hire to do the installtions are a bunch of losers. I hate sears now!!
