Sears Repair Service Sucks - Kenmore Front Loading Washer

I have been trying to get my front loading Kenmore Washer repaired for 3 weeks. 1st, you wait for a week for the repairman to show up, then he does not bring the right part, even though he know the model number etc of the washer. Then I wait another week for him to come back, and he does not show up, because he is too busy! Now I have to wait another week for him to show up!! I have been without this washer for 3 weeks. I will never buy another front load Sear Washer again!

I have been wasting my time every Friday "from 8 to 1 for the past month getting my dishwasher repaired. they repair it, it breaks again after 2 washes ,i request a different tech( the first time he came he was with a guy training him) I am assured a SR tech will come out and then in walks the same dude. I have to do this one more time before Sears admits the dishwasher is a piece of crap and replaces it then I get to take off yet another day from work to get a new one delivered. PLUS where I live, Sears only delivers the last Thurday of the month. good god
