This is an e-mail I have sent three times with no response!
"VERY UPSET AND ANGRY!!!!!!!!! I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME! ASAP!!! Comments:

Service Problems. On 8/30/08 we had a service call and the service man

had to order a sensor for our range. We were told it was ordered and

would take only 3 days to be delivered.We were scheduled for another

service call to installed on 9/6/08. on 9/5/08 the part had not arrived.
I called the service number to reschedule and we are now scheduled for

9/10/08. What makes me VERY ANGRY WITH SEARS is that when I asked for a

tracking number for the sensor I was told it had never been shipped! CAN
YOU BELIEVER THIS! What kind of service schedules a service call knowing
that the needed/ordered part has never been ordered! Why were we never

called to be advised that the part had never been shipped. THIS IS

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

On 9/6/08 I received an e-mail asking me to call Serrs and explain my problem. I called 1-800-579-2395 and spoke to a woman who would not give me her name. I told her that I received an e-mail asking me to call and she said: "I dont know anything about an e-mail and there is noting I can do!" WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I told her of my problem with the service of my range and she said "What do you want me to do?" WHAT!!!!!
Sears Service is the worst I have ever, ever expsrienced. She said she can request a service call for 9/11/08 but can not confirm it. Why request it I asked. She said if the part does not arrive! I then asked if the part had been shipped yet, "I dont know, maybe today?"

So as it stands I have beed sitting at home not able to leave the house because maybe a part for my range will arrive. This is day 4 of me sitting here not knowing anything.
Now she wants me to call the service department on 9/10/08 if the part does not arrive.
THIS IS AWFUL!!
Why do I pay for service, extra for weekend, and get NO SERVICE.
I again am asking that a Supervisor/Manager call me at the number above!
DO NOT TELL ME TO CALL A 1-800 number because I have and they have no clue as to why I was asked to call! CALL ME! ASAP!
Why should I buy any more products from Sears?
Will the part be shipped and received in time for my next service call? GUESS!
The woman on the phone did not know! I doubt that it will be shipped and

received in time for the service call apmt, for 9/10/08.

We cant use a sears range because is not working properly all because

Sears never shipped the part! Do you really think I will have anything

nice to say to freinds about Sears Service! NO I WONT
I want appreciate a call from Customer Service regarding this issue!And yes, I will be home to receive the call becasue I am waiting to the part to be delivered and an unknow day and time! SO CALL ME! DO NOT TELL ME TO CALL YOU!!!
