Sears Home Central Repair - Kenmore Washer

I had my 1.5 yrs old Kenmore washer fixed today for a cost of $261.42 and the item is still not working. When I called I was told that I would have to wait until next week to my washer fixed.

I had a central air and heat system put in by sears and the installers were so young rand unskilled they installed a broken pump and it flooded my home and because sears contracted the work out they are not taking any responsibility. TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Wow, my experience also!! Point is, I have been through this before, and sears repair is a nightmare that is really unheard of in this age of competition for the business. LEsson learned, for me, is to use a small business repair place. NO MORE SEARS (and I have been a loyal Kenmore buyer since my first home 20 years ago). They try very very hard to give service that is THAT bad, and they do it well.
