Sears Customer Richard Smith - Kenmore Water Softener

The repair person who serviced our water softener on July 2 was very good and we were pleased with his service. However now I have a question about the water level in the unit and I cannot reach anyone at any of the 800 numbers. I looked in the phone book and also called the number on my receipt. I kept getting put on hold and they did not return. I finally gave up after 15 minutes. Please call me at 435-674-4331 MST. I wish your phone lines were user friendly. i would like to talk to the service repairman but cannot get a hold of them. My service order number is 76620699. Thank you

After we compplained about not being able to get ahold of anyone at Sears or the repair service shop we immediately got a phone call and this lady (Shay or Shane was so very accomodating and pleasant. She took care of our problem and kept calling back to make sure we were satisfied. I have always known that Sears has great appliances but now they also have great customer care to go with their products. I would recommend Sears to anyone looking to buy a new appliance.
