I just bought a new house and my wife cooked a meal using a Kenmore wall oven.
We could not get the oven to turn off,so I called the 1-800 number. No one could walk me through the steps to turn the oven off,,,they just wanted to set up a service call. What is this country coming to, when all you get is someone from overseas that can barely speak English and simply forwards you to a dead end department. It really doesn't matter how long Sears has been in business...with lack of service, Sears is losing the market share...due to out sourcing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sears Auto center continues to screw the consumer. I recently had them do a front end alignment on my Chevrolet Silverado Truck. The Monkee that they assigned the job to, did not finish the job. He let me the customer and consumer leave with my vehicle after he said the trucks alignment had been completed in an un-safe hazardous condition. The Monkee did not tighten any of the Upper Control Arm bolts after he said the job was finished. It wasnt until I had taken to my Truck to a different repair facility to find out why I had certain problems that I was experiencing in the front end location did i find out that the upper control arm bolts never were tightened / torqued. Not only did Sears endanger my life, But they ruined the Front End of my Truck. The frigging Monkee's that they hire from Management down to their mechanics should all be un-employed and kept from screwing any consumers ever again. Sears, You all are friggin IDIOTS. You have lost my complete buisness for ever.

I am done with Sears, period. I purchased a garage door opener, three rf remotes, one bad, warranty for five years parts, no labor. Sears wants to send out a tech for a $90 fee to tell me I am correct and the remote is bad and I get the $40 remote now. I own Kenmore house appliances, garage of machanics and wood shop tools and cultered with Sears and Craftsman all my life but if this is how they back up their products today, no more Sears. One last thing, the customer service trying to get this was pathetic, dropped calls, refusal to speak to a supervisor, forwarded to the wrong group, it was pathetic.
