I called sears a week and a half ago to do a warranty repair on my 4000 dollar tv. The day before they were scheduled to come I received a voice mail that stated no one would be in the area so i would have to reschedule. When I called the call center I was told they were sorry and that someone would call me within 24 hours. Well the call never came so I called again and was told someone would call within the hour. You guessed it, that call never came either. Well I figured I would give them one more opportunity. I called back and told the person that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and after being put on hold for ten minutes I was disconnected. As of right now my 4000 dollar sits with no repair date in site.

I'm asking you about a book that was supposed to be in the washer that was brought by my aunt.I am writing for her. she bought a washer Deluxe2647531 and dryer stackable in the dryer there were the books in the washer there were none.I have called the store two or more ties got nothing except that I had to give him alot of numbers off the receipt that I didn't have in front of me. I also called the 1800466# and had to give the same. Why is they can't look up the info on the store computer and just send out the book. She put these appliances on her card. I would like to get a book so as I can look up some info on the washer. I hope you can help. Not very happy. Donna I am her niece that has to help this 82 year old out.
