7/17/09 You gave me appointment to repair my KENMORE refrigerator on 7/20/09, between 12:00 PM & 4:00 PM.

7/20/09 You called and cancelled this appointment and re-scheduled me for 7/21/09, between 8:0 0 AM and 121:00 PM>

NO ONE SHOWED!!

I called repair service---no one could find the rescheduled apppointment, and they could care less! I have never spoken to people less interested in helping a customer.

I will be purchasing a new refrigerator in September, and, you can be sure---IT WILL NOT BE A KENMORE!1
(No wonder you are going out of business)
