Horrible, absolutely horrible. A complete rip-off. Whats worse is that my son bought 8 towels for $19.95 over the internet from a company that charged his debit card $102.90 and sent him product he didn't order. He wrote them another e-mail and asked what to do. We sent the product back to a address in Wallingford, CT and made them sign for it. A "M. Kidd" signed for the returned product but no credit was ever received by my son. The e-mail address my son ordered from and the one used to tell us how to return the product was ronny@squareoneent.com. Tough lesson for a highschooler to be double-scamed. I wrote "ronny" another e-mail but no response. Anybody else have this happen and if so, what are you doing about it.

the slap chop came without the folding cutting board. we were charged $39.85 plrase tell me when it will get to me. deprnding on an honest business deal.

i am looking information about the slap shop. the towels are cool i do need to speak or chat with some about my problem. they were delivered a few days ago. we will be trying to resolve day by day.

I was overcharged over $16 and got NO product for this "charge". I'm trying to find out how to complain and find out WHAT was charged for. Any help is appreciated.

You may be able to complain to the Better Business Bureau, which has helped get me money back in the past. Also your credit card company or bank may be able to help since it's an unauthorized charge. Good call on getting "M. Kidd" to sign for it.

Have your son call his card company and put in an electronic claim. Have all the information of when contact was made and with who, and include any correspondence. He should be able to get his money back that way.
