Well so far I purchased The wonder years 7 disks for my husband for his birthday. Came with fast delivery " very promt service."
It states on there website that each item is checked prior to shipment, but disks 3 & 4 freeze and disk 5 is not even the wonder years its Sister sister. And 7 is blank. These disks are also low quality recorded from TV. I believe this is illegal by the way. At this point there not responding to my emails or answering the phones etc.
My complaint thus far is that everything that they state on their web site is false. No prompt responses, and they do not check for 100 quality before they ship.
IT IS NOT 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Do your research before buying anything from a website. To this date NOT ONE SEASON of The Wonder Years has been released on DVD.

My Route 66 video set is recorded from the old Nick at Nite presentation---episodes 14 and 15 cannot be watched, episodes 17 and 18 are numbered out of sequence and episode 20 freezes near the end. I tried to call the number I had on my billing statement, but that number cannot be accessed. Their 'live support' must be on 'life support' because I haven't received a response, and I am fairly confident that my e-mail will not be answered either. On the upside, I did receive full and timely delivery of all discs ordered, but am disappointed in the overall quality of what I have been able to view thus far.
