EAS did refund the extra $200 that I paid for the Rapid Processing. But the guy I had spoken to said that after I file a complaint, EAS doesn't have to finish the expungment process. So even though they made the refund after I complained, there isn't much stopping them from not completing all the things I paid for. So I am happy I got some money back, but I am not going to throw a party just yet. Once EAS completes the process, then I will report that info here. The refund is a great first step though.

It looks like you are not the only one. I just took a quick look and Clearmyrecord.com has tons of complaints about it all over the internet. 17 months is a joke. That process should not take more than 3 months. If I were you I would have been filing complaints about clearmyrecord.com months ago. You are a patient man.
