Below is my E-Mail that pretty much explains it all,by the way this is who my current Mortgage is with for now.

Ms. Cox I was told that a full appraisal of my house was being scheduled and that I would be hearing from someone in regards to that appraisal shortly. I have not heard from anyone yet. All I have heard twice now is that my house that's in a subdivision where new houses built in the last 2 to 3 years are selling for 280,000 + is only worth 165,000. come on I paid 157,000 new , how can this be? This whole ordeal with your very unorganized company is sounding more and more like the Countrywide Financial Corp scam! First I was never informed that the $400.00 that's was paid to you was non-refundable , by phone or in writing. Second of all I was scammed by one Ashley Portocarreo who first talk to me . I told her what house where selling for in my neighborhood and she said well we will just put done $250,000 , that should get you enough to pay off your credit cards and give you an extra 500.00 dollars a month. Sounds just like the Countrywide scam I saw on TV????!!!! If I don't hear back from you in 24 hrs I will not be shocked in the least , this is how I've been treated since this all began. No one returns phone calls or E-Mails and after all you got your $400.00 out of me and I got nothing so I guess that's just standard operating procedures there.If I don't hear anything favorable in the next 7 business days I'll just add my name to the large list of suckers at the Better Business Bureau that I'm sure is growing by leaps and bounds.
