My daughter ordered a ticket to a concert. When it was getting close I told her to call them because she did not get her ticket. They would not answer or return a call. I faxed them and told them I was contacting the credit card co., they then called said they did not have the ticket. My credit card was charged. They said I could fill out their refund request and I would get credit. That did not happen so I contacted the credit card co. They gave me credit. Then I got a fed-ex pkg. threatening to sue me. That same day my credit card was charged for a Dell computer that I had not ordered. Coincedence? I don't think so. I got credit for that, cancelled the card. Two months later they are still calling. I reported them to the Nevada Attorney General but have not heard. Do Not use these people and report them if you do get scammed. They will probably change their name so beware of others. I have never had trouble with Ticket Master but who knows these days.

Went to the Direct Buy in Las Vegas and a Gay Big Fat, White hair guy with sausage fingers named Mike Yearty sold me a $5000 membership and I have not saved my membership yet. They say they are lower but the pricing is not that much lower. We have compared and found many of times some retail stores are very close in pricing. We don't have to wait 10-20 weeks for delivery and pay just 5% more or less. The service staff is wonderful but not worth the money. The Guy Mike would not let me cancel my membership. They say you can cancel but they ignored my calls so I would pass the recision period. I was excited about the examples they showed me but I came to find out that the pricing is so much similar to retail that I don't waste my time. I wasted 5,000 well let's say $10,000 after the interest on financing the membership with Direct Buy in Las Vegas.
