Complaint

Placed an order and never received it. Ordered online May 7, 2008 and they sent an email on May 18, 2008 with a tracking number for USPS. The tracking number shows no information that it was actually picked up. It's now June and I still haven't received anything. Wrote them an email in May, they never replied. Called them and number doesn't work. Just called my credit card company and they'll take care of it from here. Watch out for their other company names Ooh La Spa, Ameriwrap, etc. Google checkout shows Global Spa Supply as their name.
