Both of these products offer free trials. you just pay for shipping with your credit card. You are supposed to be able to cancel but there phone number listed on the site and the email address for customer service don't work. Now I am receiveing 2 bottles of each at a time and they are taking the liberty of charging my credit card. NowI will have to cancel my card to avoid their ridiiculous charges. DON"T TRY IT IT DOESN'T WORK AND YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF IT

I received the trial bottle, paid shipping and handling charge, did not like the product, tried to contact thru the website but could not find a place to cancel the order and they senht me two bottles for $72.41 ea and charged to my cre3dit card. I called google tree and they told mje to call 1-888-760-6767 and now, all future shipments will be cancelled. However, I am now going to have to dispute the $144.42 charge to my credit card. I returned the 2 bottles on 1-26-09 via certified mail and requested a return receipt. The amount will now go into dispute with mjy credit card company. If I have to notify my attorney I will do so, but I am not paying for this merchandise.

I found that the phone number does not work however there is a live chat with a representative and all I had to do was provide my order number and verify who I was and it was cancelled. Try that route, when I called the number I was told to call back.
