Scam? - Sound system

In response to a mail offer from PCH in August, I ordered the $589.95 Nostalgic Style Sound System, using the consolation voucher of $400.00. I put the $189.95 difference on my MasterCard. I received one notice regaring the shoping fee I would need to be ready to pay. This has been weeks and I still haven't received the radio. This is unreal as I see the distribution center is from 1555 Regal Row, Dallas, which is just 2-3 miless from my house. Can you please see to this ASAP.
I believe I would like to have my name removed from all your mail lists. This has been very disconcerting.
