Saved me a ton of money!

I have used Cresent processing for over a year now and I have had no problems with them. They have always been up front and honest, and their customer service is great. When one of my machines broke down they fixed it for me THE SAME DAY. And I'm saving a lot of money since I switched. Makes me wonder if all of these negative reviews are really customers, or if they are competitors who are tired of losing customers to Cresent?

I've not dealt with this company before however I just had a rep come in today about wanting to set up a time so that's why on the side I'm doing some research but I find it interesting that there are more negative comments than good and who's to say that shopgirl and the other positive responses aren't people working for the company rather then the other way around like shopgrl is saying

No, these negative comments aren't
from competition, unless your company becomes honest, forthright
and produces something of value, for the business consumer. Otherwise your in another galaxy.
