This is a really crappy place. I was actaully served a fish sandwich that had a bite out of and spit on. The owner was a complete ass and acted like it was no big deal and that kids will be kids.

On Oct 7,08 my family and I stopped at Mcdonald's at 1504 Will Rogers Drive, Santa Rosa, NM for our evening meal. Using the drive through we ordered our food. The person taking our order was given the $12.38 and gave us 1 portion of the order. After waiting approxinately 30 minutes for the remaing food we were told that there was a birthday party going on inside and a bus load of school children and that they were busy. The bus did not pull into the area until our order had been paid for.After another 15 minutes or so I went inside and our order was sitting on the counter. Needless to say the food was not in a very tasty condition. I know that you do not want to be told how tom run your business but it would be most helpful if when ordering and there was going to be a delay of 45 minutes the customer should be advised.
