Do not ever buy from this company. They will rip you.
On Feb. 13th I bought a bluetooth headset. I payed using paypal. It was supposed to be shipped in 2-4 business
days. Feb. 27th came around and no headset. I called and complained they gave me the runaround saying my address was incorrect which was a lie.
I told them i wanted a refund they said ok to that. Aweek later still no refund. I filed a complaint with paypal. then n1 wireless decides to call me and say they will give me a refund only if i cancel my complaint with paypal and I eat the shipping for a product i did not receive. I do not agree to this, so the so called customer service rep starts screaming very loudly at me to the point i couldnt understand what was spewing from his foul mouth. I am currrently still on case reveiw with paypal and am confident paypal will side with me. This is march 25th and still no refund. If you cancel your claim with paypal you cannot reopen it. These people really wanted me to cancel my claim so i wouldnt get a dime back.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE RIPOFF SCAM ARTISTS UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY. THEY ALSO THINK THEY CAN OVER-TALK AND
SCREAM LOUDER THAN A WOMAN. THEY HAVE NOW FOUND THAT TACTIC NOT SO USEFUL AGAINST THIS WOMAN.

I also agree that this site is a scam. I ordered a Blackberry Pearl back in September and said it would be shipped in 2-4 business days. Well The phone never came I I called and called and called their customer service and I can never get an answer. I emailed over and over and can barely get a reply that is not something thats automatically sent.

I eneded up getting my "brand new in box" phone about 2 months later. Well they sold it to me without a speaker in it...so needless to say it doesnt ring or have speaker phone. I tried calling once again and they never answer, and im still waiting on a email reply I sent over 2 weeks ago. So to put it in a nutshell. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. They are practicing false advertisement and are scammers.
I ordered Southwing SA505 bluetooth headset from them. This is the second time I ordered. The first time was a pleasant experience. I received the order in an unopened, manufaturer's box. The device worked well, like new, just as I ordered. I decided to order another one. This time there was a generic looking whitebox inside that they slapped a Southwing label on. Inside the box, I receieved a charger and quick start guide, BUT NO HEADPHONES!!!. I called, had a hard time getting through. When I finally did, I was put on three times. I finally spoke to a customer service "supervisor", by the name of Albert. I told him the situation. The headphones were not in the box even though the packaged was intact. He insisted that I have them and there was nothing he could do for me but offer me a car charger for headphones that I do not have. They are a bunch of scammers. They are based in NY and you can tell that by their attitude that they do not mean well. DO NOT BUY FROM NY BASED ONLINE COMPANIES unless they are nationwide. They are run by foreigners looking to scam us. The FBI should look into them.

The company is a scam , Stay away they shipped me a USED phone instead of new which did not work and then they refunded only cost price - $15 - 20% restocking fee ( ie almost half the price of the phone ) Stay away from them

This was the worst company ever!!!!. The sent me a phone that I couldn't even use because ever time I tried to dial a number gooey stuff came out of it. I then tried to return it and get back my money. When I received my credit they did not refund me the whole amount. When I called a representative told me that shipping and handling charges would not be refunded and then Erica said that I should be lucky that I even got my money back. SO I told her I wanted my money back she then told me to hold on so she could sort it out. I spend 25 minutes on the phone and she never came back. When I tried calling back no answer. This site is junk and all they want to you money while they deliver horrible service. I went through my credit company a disputed the charge and got all my money back. Thank heavens for my credit card company they cure are great.
