The salesman did not tell us we needed to buy equipment in order to use/see ON DEMAND programs. nor did he tell us that our other two receivers were NOT able to see ON DEMAND programs. so we have ON DEMAND and are unable to view any of the programs.
my husband missed a day's work in order to be here for the installation.... we have been on the phone trying to understand all of this for about 2 hours since installation - it was installed friday and it's sunday morning. WE GET FAR LESS FOR OUR MONEY for a lot more headache than we did with our cable. WAY LESS. I can't even begin to tell you how disappointing and upsetting this is.
and try e-mailing them. you have to fill in "categories" in order to submit an email.
