I went to all the trouble to call the store before I left home, the employee assured me the balloons would be ready. They were not ready, I was upset & late to work. Safeway charges more for balloons than a discount party store nearby. So I thought you were paying more for service & picking up the balloons before work. The service was terrible-I was lied to.

A couple of weeks later, different store-I called the day before to order no sugar added pie. I was promised by the lady on the phone that she would call me back if they did not have the pie. No one called me back & they did not have the pie. I was looking, for a bow as well. I was upset & late to work again.

Also, the phone number for Safeway on 140th in Bellevue, WA was incorrect on yellow pages.
And at least once, the phone line was busy so long I called another store.

In those cases & others, I have waited till out of patience for someone to come to the flower area.
