I also tried to do a survey as listed on my receipt from DICK'S. After 25 minutes I give up. If you don't want to give the $10.00 off then you should not state so on the receipt. NOT a happy camper

I also could not find survey....Not sure what is going on but Dicks Sporting Goods should not encourage sales clerks to tell customers about this if it is not true...It was even printed on my receipts.
