EXTRA SPACE STORAGE HAS BEEN CHARGING ITS CUSTOMRERS FOR AIR CONDITONING EVEN WHEN THE AC IS NOT WORKING. ONE EXTRA SPACE MANAGER IN FLORIDA WHERE I STORE, WAS FIRED BECAUSE HE CONFRONTED THE COMPANY AFTER 6 MONTHS OF WARNING THAT THE AC WAS NOT WORKING. CUSTOMER MUST BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE AC IS NOT WORKING. THIS KIND OF CORPORATE CRIMES SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.

you're right they do these things - many medical companies that store there don't know that they have no ac - but they are paying as if they do... It's sad when I company acts in this fashion.
