STAY AWAY FROM STUB HUB - Football game

I purchased tickets 4 months before the event for my husband's b-day and had a seller confirmation, but as time got closer to the event I still did not have the tickets. After numerous calls to the customer service reps they kept saying that I would get the tickets. Well, 24 hours before the event and after we had already made plans to travel to the event I still didn't have tickets and they were still "searching" for tickets. I told them that there were numerous tickets on sale online and the customer service rep just told me that I should just get my money back and find tickets myself - which totally defeats the purpose of my buying tickets 4 months in advance. I am currently still trying to find tickets for this event and hopeful that I won't have to cancel my plans to attend the game, but I want everyone to know that Stub Hub is not an ethical place, they will lie to you and they will string you along to try and keep your money and then at the last minute say they are going to give your money back when they can't find you tickets. PLEASE do not use them, they should be put out of business.
