SLOW delivery ALWAYS - delivery

I've never gotten anything on time, it's always slow and PAST the ON-TIME delivery date. My shipments are also rescheduled for no apparent reason, even though I dropped it off during the weekend, saying it would get there by standard shipping of 5 days on Friday, but they decide to screw with me and reschedule it for 6 days, which means over the next weekend, so it would take a total of 10 regular days to get there as opposed to the 7 (5 business days).

I share your incredible frustration with UPS. Our story: Our "2nd day air" delivery has taken ELEVEN DAYS, and still no package arrival! Yes, Portland got hit by a storm which stopped activities in the city for around 2-4 days, yes, it is the holidays.... But there is NO reason this package should be taking more than 11 days to be delivered, especially when it has been sitting in the Portland office for NINE of those days. Thanks, UPS, for making sure our daughter not only did not receive her Christmas present on time, but it will not even be too late for her New Year's Day birthday. I guess we truly do have a bureaucratic, insensitive, lazy, inefficient organization, something akin to the 60's-era Russia. It's the UPS. And it doesn't surprise me in the least that the other poster got nothing but a belligerent, uncaring reply to their complaint from UPS. Nice going, UPS. Pathetic.
