SEARS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.THE SERVICE TECH DIDN'T SHOW AND WE SPENT 5 HOURS WITH 19 REPS ACROSS 7 STATES!
IF YOUR LUCKY TO GET THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER THEY BLOCK YOU WITH MORE SERVICE REPS AND ONLY GIVE YOU THEIR 1ST NAME THIS WAY WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM BACK THEY TELL YOU"WE DON'T KNOW WHO THAT PERSON IS".WHEN YOU TRY TO SPEAK TO A HIGHERUP AT THE CORPOATE LEVEL THEY WON'T PUT YOU THROUGH! THEY FRUSTRATE YOU AND DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION EITHER AS WE FOUND OUT! WE INTEND TO SUE THESE CORPORATE CREEPS FOR MANY REASONS!
SEARS USED TO HAVE INTEGRITY BUT NOW THEY SUCK! HEED THIS WARNING AND SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF BECAUSE IF YOU PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN!
BY THE WAY THEIR HEADQUARTERS OFFICE NUMBERIS (847)676-5788.CALL THEM UP AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET PAST THE SERVICE REPS.TRY AND GET A VICE PRESIDENT OR SOMEBODY ON A HIGH LEVEL.THEIR SERVICE PLEDGE IS A LIE AS I FOUND OUT TOO LATE!

I have had such issues with Sears, you can never get same person on the phone. They are liars, never call back when promised. I will not evn buy a safety pin in that store. I will also spread the word. No wonder they are loosing millions of dollars.
