I called to schedule a Sears service for 2 appliances. I purchased an plan for my 1st appliance and was told that since i had multiple appliances my 2nd appliance would be 32.99. when the tech showed up he repair the 1st appliance and told be another repairman would be there to fix my other appliance. when he arrived he told me the service fee was 65.00 I told him I was told it was 32.99. He canceled the service and told me to call Sear Service. I called and was told that the 2 appliances had to be of like kind, and since one appliance had been serviced there was no longer a second appliance and I would have to pay the regular rate. After calling and speaking to many people for approx. 5-6 hours on the phone I was told the best they could do for me was to send me a $30.00 gift card which COULD NOT BE APPLIED TOWARD MY SERVICE. SEARS SUCKS!!!!!
