I ordered a crib mattress and queen mattress topper on 2/22/08. Never received the items, and after many excuses, much like the other people have reported, I finally cancelled my order, but got no refund. I had to go through my credit card co. to get a dispute and they issued me a credit, but then Simply Organic Sleep charged my card AGAIN!! This company is also known as "Natural As Sleep Corp" and that is how they bill the card. I got credited from my credit card, and finally had to cancel my card and get a new one so they can't keep charging me. I also submitted to the Better Business Bureau.

STAY AWAY from this company. They do not intend to ship you anything. They just want to steal your money.
