This is worst company I have ever dealt with. I suspect it is a 3 person company who really do NOT care about the customer. I order 4 jawbone headsets (~$360) late december, reviewed all four about 2 weeks later (After picking 3-5 day shipping) They charged me more... More...

I had a similar experience. The bluetooth stereo headset arrived stuffed in the wrong box and with no manual...just a photocopied sheet on how to pair with a cell phone. The headset didn't work properly and I have not been able to contact anybody. Stay away from this company!!

This is so true. I ordered a phone and it had fingerprints under the screen and was in a battered old box. It didn't even come secured, all of the things were just piled in the box. I tried to return it becaus e it didnt work with my cell network and i tried the online return and it didnt work, so i sent them an email and i havent gotten one back, (its been almost a week now) and ive called about 70 times and thats not an exaggeration. i got someone the first couple of times i called, but she couldn't help me because she "wasn't qualified" to handle returns. i never got a call back and never got anyone to answer after that.

never buy from them, it looks like they have good products and they say they are new, but their refurbished models with terrible customer service.

AGREED, this company is basically a small group of con-artists scamming everyone. I am still in dispute with them over a 200$ charge and cannot even get a live person on the phone.
