Um, well, it was VERY hard to order it, that is for SURE. You can even check on oither reviews for this on other sites that the ordering part blows. There is no live person, and they keep repeating "would you like a free trial of the EsssentialBoost metabolism pills?" until you say yes, it will kepp saying that over and over. So just say yes, then a few days later, when it has not shipped, cancel it and complain, you might get something out of it. And it takes forever when they ship it. It took me a good two or three months before it finally got to me. Then they kept on charging my mothers credit card, like 20 dollars a month! But I used it for only about forty-something minutes, then went to the doctors one day,and found out that I had lost about two or three pounds. And this was about a week after doing the thing. And I didn't do anything besides that simple forty five minutes for that whole week! So, yes, it does kick your butt, the workouts. And the meal plan seems healthy enough, and it switches everything to low sodium, and low fat, and you only eat about 1200 calories a day if you follow the meal plan. I have not personally tried the meal plan, and I do not tend to, cuz it really does not make sense to change your way of eating if you eat about 20 grams of fiber a day {me} and around 18 grams of protein {me} and still only eat about 1000 calories a day {me, sometimes} So that you really do NOT need to do, but the workouts make you sweat like crazy. And you are definitely tired fter, but you recover, and you have energy the next day. So I guees I would recommend it, I mean, I have only lost about four pounds. BUT, I have not been using it every single day. Cuz I got this in may for my b-day, and was real excited. But now, I get bored with these workouts, so thats a downer. But they make you sweat like a pig, and YES you DO LOSE WEIGHT. Whether it be slowly but surely, or a snap of a finger, the pounds come off. So it is a good buy in some cases, but only if you are ready to spend close to 200 hundred, or maybe 50 bucks. So if you have got money, great, get it. But if you only think you can spend the 14.99 they advertise, do not get this. It is way too expensive. But please, if you are 100 pounds overweight, gert this for your health and overall well being. Cuz it does work, but as far as the price goes, kinda scammish. So weight loss = plus. Price = negative. But overall, it is good if you are as desperate as I was, and you get the money back by you going to work, so yes, I would recommend this product, but only if you are prepared to open your wallet, and leave it feeling kinda drained.

Read the fine print. If you didnt want it the extra orders you had to cancel it. It also stated if you didnt like it you could return it AT YOUR OWN FINANCIAL EXPENSE. There is nothing wrong with this company and it's not a scam. You just dont read the fine print.

I had the same experience and now they turned over the 19.99 to a collection agency for something I didn't order!!
