Don't answer their ad for free product for only $4.95 shipping. Once they have your credit card number, it's trouble. I received $44.85 worth of product. Calling their customer service number is a joke. All you get is music played in your ears for up to an hour at a time. Nobody answers. Finally got a reply by e-mail to my complaint, but the person said that I HAD ordered the products! (Apparently, there are tiny boxes somewhere that are already checked.) I've never heard of having to uncheck a box. At this point, I googled the company, and read many more complaints about getting monthly charges on your credit card. It hasn't happened yet, but I put a stop to that today by cancelling my credit card and disputing the claim. I hope I can get my money back. But at least they can't keep billing me for $44.85 every month.

1. Definitely cancel your card. Report these as fraudulent charges.
2. File reports with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, IC3 and anyone else you can think of.
3. Call all your local media and inform them of the situation.
4. I strongly recommend contacting Oprah, if enough of us do it, she will have to pay attention. Her name is bandied around all over with these products. I highly doubt she is authorizing this. If I were her, I would be mad as H_ll!!! She has the money, power and influence to get something done with these guys. Use this link: https://www.oprah.com/plugform.jsp?plugId=220 If enough of us do it, someone will show her people, who will then show her!!! Here's wishing us luck!
