I HAVE VISITED BARNHILLS SEVERAL TIMES IN JACKSON, TN. I HAVE WATCHED THE WAITRESS PICK UP DIRTY DISHES , STOP TALK TO OTHERS, GIVE HUGS TO REGULAR CUSTOMERS ETC. AND GO DIRECTLY TO THEIR STATION AND START WRAPPING SILVERWARE, NEVER WASHING THEIR HANDS...THE SILVERWARE IS NOT INVERTED AS STATE REQUIRES AND THE WAITRESS IS HANDLING THE END THAT GOES IN OUR MOUTHS. I HAVE SEEN THIS SEVERAL TIMES.. AND IT DISTURBES ME..I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT REPORTING THIS TO THE STATE HEALTH BOARD . THIS GOES ON IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS, I HATE TO THINK WHAT GOES ON IN THE KITCHEN AND PREP AREA, BEHIND CLOSED DOORS....
