Rude cashier - Cashier, check out

At the Corona Home Depot on McKinley St. I went in to purchase some items of low value, and a cashier looked at me and asked if I was cold. I said no. Why should I be when it's 70 degrees outside. I told her I was hot and thought she'd drop it. I went to check out, and she told the customer in front of me that he should look at me because she's wearing a sweater and I'm in shorts and a tank top. What is this suppose to imply? She made me mad, so I told her I'm angry and hot tempered. She digs in and asks why? I tell her because I want to kick some bitches ass to humor her, and had to repeat it because she didn't hear it. Why am I supposed to have this cashier show me to someone else. She was harrassing me in a store she works, and I am a paying customer minding my own business. Then she says that's not right with a laugh. I laugh back, and tell her to mind her own business and keep her opinions to herself. Her cashier number is 11 EGR480 at 4:36 pm.

I called their customer service number and am on hold listening to hammering in the background on speakerphone waiting for someone to answer.

My experience is as bad. I thought going through the self check out would be faster and not dealing with any angry employee, yet, I still have to deal with one of them. I walked up to a self check out machine, and found that the previous customer didn't finish the transaction and left. So the screen was blinking with "Finish and Pay". No Cancel button. I looked at the "employee" who was overlooking these machines and she said, oh ok, you didn't check out anything right? I said," yes, when I walked up to it, it's already like this". So she went back to "her" control terminal and remote reboot the machine and my self-check out screen now has a button "remote assist finish". and the "employee" now told me from her terminal and say "Press Cancel". As there was no Cancel button anywhere on the fucking screen, I hit the "Finish remote assist". And the screen went back to the previous check out and it seems that the previous scanned item was crossed, but as soon as I hit the "Finish remote assist" button, she said, "Jeet (making sound), NO YOU...!" I was quiet, thinking, ok, sorry, there's no Cancel button. Geez. and she's now very angry and walked back to her terminal and redo this remote assist crap again, this time, I ain't touching shit, and she came back and pressed the "finish remote assist" button again and then trying to "help" me scan my item, and having trouble scanning it on the machine, she she went back and grabbed her hand-held scanner and scanned my item, then asked me how to pay for it, I said credit and pressed the button and went over to the sign pad and grabbed the stylus and said, "Sign here" and threw the stylus down and walked away (although the stylus still hangs from the pad). all this time she was having this attitude. I guess it's all her gesture, tones, words can't describe it here, but it's all in the body language. I felt like I was being stomped on, like I fucked up her day or I'm so fucking stupid. Her name is Sandy, I didn't get her employee ID no. I see no point of calling her manager right away, they are all "helping" each other out anyways. Unless I can reach their top top top managers, which requires a bit too much effort for this crap. I hope she keeps it up and drive all the customers away.
