Rude, annoying telemarketers

This company was calling repeatedly over the last two days. Today, I called and asked to be removed from their calling list. I even listened to the sales pitch and was polite about everything. Within minutes of hanging up, they called again. When I called back, admittedly being a bit more abrupt since they were still calling me at work, the person who answered was very rude and said she wouldn't help me if I didn't listen to her spiel. I called back...after being hung up on...and got a third person who said she would remove me immediately but that it might take 24 hours for the calls to stop. Not impressed! Any company that is supposed to be helping others with technology should have a better handle on their own, IMHO.

I cannot agree more!!! This lady calls and she was so eager to make sales not listen. Totally wastes your time. Told her thank you will consider, but she never stopped shutting up. VERY ANNOYING EXPERIENCE

i had quite the opposite experience. i spoke with a young woman named emily there. she was great. very friendly and courteous when explaining what her business is. i didnt have money to sign up so i do not use her for my website. she is nice and was good to me.
