Finally the guy with his mouth full of food started to answer me and I said I want a receiver, he was "he ha hee, Air?" I said yes and he said they only have 9 channel air receivers!!!
Give me a break, they hardly had any airplanes there and they only had 9 channel Spektrum air receivers??? Hobby town USA sucks!

0 Bad experience at the Folsom CA store, talked with the owner an many occasions prior to purchase, there was an understanding that i wanted certain features and when it came to the purchase he sold me old model plane and battery without the features i had originally asked for knowing he carried the newer plane which was out of stock, bad customer service. I was told not to depend on them for help and i must know what i want before i come into the store to buy. Corporate was unable to help because each store is independently owned. I was told all warranty issues must be done directly with the manufacturer. Also no returns or exchanges, even after i brought it to their attention.
