Rude Customer Service and Nasty Milkshakes - Ice Cream and Milkshakes

What ever you do, do not go to the McDonald's in Taylorsville, NC. It is messed up. My mother and I recently went there and ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate dipped cone. First of all the girl taking our order acted like she hated being there. She kept interrupting after my mother finished ordering saying "Is that it". I barely got out what I wanted before she said the same thing and that did not fly with me well. Then she handed me my milkshake and the other girl dipped the ice cream cone into the fudge and said "well looks like thats all your going to get in a hateful tone." My mother refused it and said just give me a regluar cone of ice cream. We knew the dipped was more than the regular but at that point we just wanted the plain ice cream and out of there. She then made out like my mother was hard of hearing and said to her twice, "You paid for more can we get fries to equal the price and my mother kept saying no, just give me the regular cone of ice cream." As I stuck my straw into the shake as this is going on and took a sip that was the nastiest taste I have ever tasted in my life. When I opened it up it was runny milk with a hint of chocolate syrup. I throwed that milkshake in the trash and my mother and I left. As high as things are that was poor service we did not get a thank you for choosing McDonald's nothing. If they hate their job that bad, they need to quit and not make the public mysterable. As for me and my house, we will Boycott this resturant for a long time. IT just plain SUCKS. This was a recent visit of 3:45pm on 07/06/08
