I JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW HOW VERY,VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS THIS MAN WAS. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. BEING A MILITARY SPOUSE I TRAVEL A LOT. IT IS SUCH A GREAT JOY TO ENCOUNTER PEOPLE LIKE ROSCOE THAT REALLY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. THIS MAN IS A VERY GENUINE PERSON WHO SEEMS TO REALLY LOVE HIS JOB. THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON ON YOUR TEAM. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS MR AND MRS CLOUD.
