Roketa Skooter - 2008 Roadking

I purchased a skooter and have had problems with it from day one. I asked Ryan about these problems. I looked at the BBB report. Ryan said these problems are not with the 2008 Roadking skooter, so I purchased the skooter. When I recieved the skooter, all instructions were followed by the book, the radio did not work, odometer trip did not work. After I road the required 500 miles at 25 miles p/hour, the problems began. The skooter broke down a lot. I did talk to the people to try to correct the problem, the said the parts were coming and they never did. The persons at all new sports have been notified a lot. They quit responding to my emails and phone calls after the battery exploded on my leg. They were notified about this. The warrenty at purchased date was supposed to be for two years. They only sent a one year warrenty. Problems are: the battery produces 17 volts to a 12 volt battery, all the lightbulbs are blown, the key way is on the reverse and a duplicate can not be made. I was told by the tech that the emergency flashers were a dummy switch on this model. It broke off day one. There are flashers I cant use. Everything the BBB report said is happening to me. I purchased this skooter on good trust, I was lied to to make a sell, and should not have to pay for the product that was misrepresented. I also should not have to pay to have the product sent back. They have not complied with their own warrenty. I would like to get a full refund and not have to pay a shipping charge. I have contacted other consumer agencies about this problem because of the research I have done on this company. I will try to resolve this issue with consumer agency before I take legal action. If there is anything you can do to help me please do so. Thank you.

For those of you who has been having problems with All Newsports heres what you need to do. Dispute the charges with your credit card company if possible. Contact the Attorney General of Kansas City, the Internet Crime Complaint Fraud Division, and any other agency that you may be able to complain to.
When disputing with your credit card company make sure to tell them that it cost more money than the scooter is worth to have it shipped back to All Newsports. This company has mislead you as a buyer to purchase their product.
One more thing the Internet Crime Fraud Division will take action. They will file a complaint with the Kansas City Police Dept. and the investigator will give you a call.
After I have completed all of my complaining with all the companies i've contacted All Newsports changed their website to under construction. Good luck to all! Still trying to shut them down.

Apparently I am just one of the many who feels like I have been scammed by All New Sports .
The speedometer on the scooter I purchased never worked. After many unanswered e mails and “sorry all our lines are busy at this time” voice messages I realized I was scammed. In my opinion All New Sports is getting away with mail fraud. The routine “the best way to contact us is by e mail” seems to be their front line of defense because of all the emails I sent them about my speedometer have been ignored. All but one that is; I got one from someone named Mark (no last name) that said I had to return the speedometer for evaluation before it could be replaced under the extended warranty. I stupidly sent it back and received a notice of delivery of my Speedometer Assembly from UPS. I thought I was covered. It was delivered to the parts department at 104 W 17th, Newton Kansas. I have been staring at a big empty hole where the speedometer and fuel gage once resided for the last eight weeks now. If there is a class action suite against All New Sports that anyone knows about or if anyone wants to start one, please let me know.

I to purchased a scooter (different model than yours) from this company. Upon arrival there were several issues: radio not working, brakes noisey but the main issue was the head light did not work. The scooter has less than 30 miles on it and that was to the repair shop where it has been for three months. The repair shop determined the stator was bad and when replaced the scooter will not turn off. They found several broken wires and states it has serious electrical issues. I first thought it was the switch and after numerous attempts to call because the line is always busy I began an email chain. The service manager would not return my calls and it was difficult to get replys. I asked for the owner's name but was not given it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card (this may be my saving grace because I purchased it on my card). I have over $400 in repairs and have yet to ride it.
