Ripped off - Couch

My wife and I bought a couch from Levin. Two months later it began to fall apart. They will not replace it and the repair man has been out twice and never has the parts that he needs.
Satisfaction guarenteed has no meaning to these people and I would stab myself in the eye with a fork before I would ever go to a Levin again.
