I purchased two cosutmes for my dogs, when I purchased them the sales person told my wife and I that there was no cash refund, only instore credit. The costumes did not fit. we took them back and they said you could only exchange them for another costume, all of which will not fit my dogs. The lady was extreamly rude called us liars, said we were cheap. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. What a terrible place to shop - that place gives Willow Bend a bad name.
