BEWARE OF AQUA GLOBE PURCHASES ONLINE.

Aqua Globe shopping online isn't honest. They say you can upgrade to the next size globe for no additional cost but that isn't true. The additional cost is added and then before you can complete the order the screen expires and the order is placed with the higher cost added.

I called the company to complain and they said it would take 24 to 78 hours to see if the order is in and I was to call back after 24 hours. I called back 24 hours later and they said it was too late as it had already been shipped. The lady on the phone said I could refuse the order when it comes but that would not guarantee I would get a refund...duh that makes lots of sense. So instead of spending $45 dollars and $9.00 shipping I spent $99. for some Aqua Globes which I probably could have gotten for 1/2 that price at a local store.

Agua Globes should be shut down. Their TV advertisment states at this limited time offer you will rec'd set of 4 and automatically are sent 4 additional Aqua Globes at no additional cost. They lie. I will billed for $80.00.This company should not be allowed put extra charges on person credit card.Manager is extremely rude as well.

I am having trouble getting a full refund for Aqua Globes I didn't order. I ordered 4 and rec'd 24, and after returning 12 they refuse to send a shipping label. I will lose $90. on this even if I return all the product. This company is deceitful and using fraudulent techniques to get people to over order.

Yes, after I ordered them and sent them back for poor results, I saw them in the local drug store. I've learned to check out the "As seen on TV" at home before I order!

i bought 2 sets of aqua globes and was billed for 4. when i called customer service the guy was a real jerk and basically told me i was wrong, i ordered 4 sets. he said i could send them back but wouldn't get back the shipping and handling...i called again and a very nice lady gave me a credit and i'm sending back 2 sets...i hope they are worth it

The Aqua Globes arrive in a thin brown paper box with chips of glass falling from each end. Not even "Handle With Care" or "Breakable" noted on the box. Mailed without common sense. Will they refund? Yet to be seen.

I purchased 4 aqua globes. I had no problem ordering. However, I am having a problem with using the product. They indicates, you can use this product indoors and outdoors. However, they do not work well on plants outdoors. My plants were dry and the globe was filled with water. For my large plant, I placed two aqua globe in it and every day I check the globes and they were empty and the plant is dry. These plants are not in direct sun light, they are located under a covered porch.

I was going to order two sets of aqua globes. When I saw the offer to add what I thought was individual globes I added 6, figuring that I could change my set quantity to 1 before I confirmed the order.
After being asked for larger bulbs, express shipping and other options a screened popped up with my $160 order, $60 for shipping.
When I called to cancel my order they said it was 24 hours for it to be in the system.
Luckily, I was using a virtual credit card number and was able to delete it before the card was verified.
Also, it is 7-14 days to ship out!
I have tried to find local stores that carry the Aqua Globes. Menard's said they have in the past. I also called Walgreen's, CVS, Ace Hardware, Michael's(craft store) and Jo-Ann's (craft store).
A little over a week to Mother's Day; wish me luck.
