Rip-Off Do not use! - Loan Broker

In 2006, I had been looking for a loan. Upon finding YES Loans , I thought I had found a good deal, the fees were low and so were the repayments. More than 2 years later, I still have not received any loan despite paying an upfront fee. Nor have I ever received that fee back, YES Loans claiming that they made a refund because they paid money to someone else. Then, in 2007, my partner made the mistake of choosing this company for a loan and, despite being offered one and paying the fee, no loan was ever provided.
We still get telephone calls and texts from YES Loans, despite telling them that we are not interested. Upon telling them that we have already been ripped off by them, their attitude is clear and we are given the option of sending emails or calling customer service (which we have done several times) who, according to YES Loans, will rectify the situation but in reality will make excuses or completely ignore us.
We also discovered later on that YES Loans is possibly an illegal company. We would certainly never recommend them.

I got ripped off by Yes Loans who stole £70 from my account. I had to cancel my card after that to prevent them from taking further funds-and believe me they tried. Luckily, I found out in the nick of time and got the second lot they tried to take automatically returned to me by my bank. These people are complete scammers and I welocme anyone to contact me who has been ripped off by them. I want advice on how to get my money back, who are the most helpful people to contact (not yes loans ofcourse) and to be contacted by anyone who is interested in setting up an awareness group against them.
